Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Requests must be submitted through our website or by contacting: alliancecprlasvegas@gmail.com and/ or phone (702)-817-8851

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before class start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are not refundable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend your scheduled class and have not rescheduled or canceled, you will be marked as a no-show.

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows.

All exceptions are reviewed at management discretion.
