Welcome to Alliance CPR Certifications. By booking a class or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before enrolling.

1. Services Provided

Alliance CPR Certifications offers CPR, AED, and First Aid training courses in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

2. Booking & Payment

Course registration and payment must be completed through our website or approved booking portal.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your class seat.
You will receive confirmation via email once your registration is processed.

3. Course Requirements

Students enrolling in blended learning courses must purchase and complete the required online course videos prior to attending the in-person classroom skills session.
Proof of online course completion must be presented at the start of the in-person session.
Failure to complete online requirements may result in rescheduling without refund eligibility.

4. Conduct & Attendance

Students are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without a refund.
Late arrivals may be required to reschedule.

5. Certificates & Completion

Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including skills testing and written evaluation (if applicable).
Alliance CPR Certifications reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and content provided by Alliance CPR Certifications and/or the American Heart Association are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in classes is voluntary and at your own risk. Alliance CPR Certifications is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during or after training sessions. Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Students may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before class time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or for no-shows.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

Alliance CPR Certifications reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
